Film: BRF-400 Fine Grain Panchromatic Black and White
Film
BRF-400 is a panchromatic black and white
film for general outdoor and studio photography. BRF 400 is available
in 120 and 135/36 sizes.
Outdoor daylight exposure
Automatic cameras and electric exposure meters should
be set for a speed value according to the film used (400 ASA).
Without exposure meter, it is recommended to used an exposure time of
1/250 sec with different lens openings.
Indoor exposure
Automatic cameras and electric exposure meters should
be set for a speed value according to the film used (200 ASA).
Without exposure meter, it is recommended to used an exposure time of
1/250 sec with different lens openings.
Adjustments for Long Exposures
BRF -400 films are particularly sensitized
for indoor exposures, giving excellent results by artificial light.
Processing
Processing
The films BRF-400 should be handled in
total darkness. The recommended developers and developing conditions are
included in the chart enclosed.
Continuous agitation of the tank is recommended in the first minute of
development, then provide agitation of 5 sec. every 30 seconds for remaining
development time.
Due to inherent variations in individual agitation methods and equipment,
these recommendations should be used only as a starting point.
Storage and Handling
Store unexposed film in a cool dry place, in the original
sealed package.
Process film promptly after exposure.

Complaints
In case of a quality complaint, the defective material should be
returned to us marked with its emulsion number. Should the tests prove
the complaint to be well founded, the defective material will be replaced
free of charge. No further claims can be considered.
